Dr. Chris Hubbell is an experienced and sought-after cosmetic physician, bringing over thirty years in aesthetic and medical dermatology. He believes that beautiful skin is healthy skin and employs a wide range of dermal fillers, neurotoxins, lasers and other devices to provide optimal cosmetic results. Dr Hubbell has performed tens of thousands of cosmetic treatments. He has the experience and the many Before and Afters of highly satisfied patients. As a dermatologist, he has immense experience in the various layers of the skin and combining treatments for the most effective results. Dr. Hubbell has been Board Certified with the American Board of Dermatology since 1991 – a certification he renews every 10 years.
Dr. Hubbell has trained alongside world-renowned providers learning the most skilled and refined techniques and also been recognized by Allergan as a dermal injector trainer. He has a keen understanding of anatomy, a highly trained aesthetic eye and combines his knowledge and experience with artistry to produce natural results.
Under his direction, our team provides the latest facial enhancement procedures, skin treatments and high performance skincare products, as well as other facial, body shaping and medical spa services.
DR. Paige Kennedy
Facial Plastic Surgeon
Originally from the Lafayette, Louisiana, Dr. Paige Kennedy attended Louisiana State University where she graduated Magna Cum Lauda with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She then earned her M.D. from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas where she was elected as student body president throughout her time as a medical student. She moved to Chicago and completed a residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Chicago. During her training, Dr. Kennedy performed a wide range of both functional and cosmetic head and neck surgical procedures, and ultimately found her passion in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Following residency, Dr. Kennedy completed a highly specialized fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Austin, Texas with Drs. Edward Buckingham and Erin Smith.
Dr. Kennedy is thrilled to bring her diverse and comprehensive training and skillset back home to serve patients in Lafayette and the surrounding areas. She is excited to join the team at Hubbell Dermatology & Aesthetics and to be able to bring a new facet to the practice, offering both cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgical services. Dr. Kennedy specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the face, neck, nose, eyelids, ears, and forehead including rhinoplasty, cosmetic surgery of the aging face and skin rejuvenation with peels, lasers, and injectable fillers.
Dr. Kennedy is married to a New Iberia native, Simon Broussard. Together they have a 1.5 year old son, Jack. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking Cajun food, live music, playing any and all sports, and trying out new restaurants.

Jennifer Waguespack-Labiche, MD
Board-Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Waguespack-Labiche brings tremendous experience and expertise to our medical dermatology patients. She has been in private practice for over 17 years and has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of acne, rosacea, psoriasis, and skin cancer. She is licensed by the American Board of Dermatology and by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. She recently practiced at Sanova Dermatology in Lafayette and for over 6 years at The Dermatology Center in Broussard, LA.
Her expertise allows her to treat each patient uniquely to enhance their individual skin health and wellness. She received her medical doctorate from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans and completed her dermatology residency training at the University of Texas. Dr. Waguespack-Labiche has published extensively and has participated in key clinical trials in medical dermatology. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Women’s Dermatology Society, American Society of Contact Dermatitis, and the Louisiana Dermatology Society.
Dr. Cynthia A. Glass
Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Glass strives to provide the highest level of care to all of her aesthetic patients. She received her Medical Degree from LSU Medical School in New Orleans in 1980. After completing medical school, Dr. Glass completed a Burn Unit Fellowship at the Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. Afterward, she completed a five-year residency program in General Surgery at the LSU Medical Center in New Orleans, LA. She then completed a two-year residency in plastic surgery. Dr. Glass is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. She is a Fellow with American College of Surgeons and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Society and the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. She is the only female board-certified plastic surgeon in the Acadiana area.
She moved to Lafayette in 2000 after having a successful plastic surgery practice in New Orleans. She opened Coccolare Spa in 2005. In 2013 she decided to focus more of her time on her other passion: minimally-invasive and non-invasive cosmetic treatments such as body contouring, injectable fillers, laser treatments, and skin tightening using BodyTite, FaceTite, Morpheus8 Radiofrequency and more. Dr. Glass loves when she can make her patients look and feel their best. She’s thrilled to be a part of the Hubbell Dermatology & Aesthetics team!
Jennifer Piker
Physician Assistant – Certified
Joined the HDA team in 2018
Jennifer has over 14 years of experience as a Physician Assistant and over a decade of successfully helping patients in the Lafayette area with a wide range of cosmetic and medical dermatology procedures. These include but are not limited to laser treatments, injectables, skin tightening, microneedling with radiofrequency, CoolPeel Laser, ThermiVa and Platelet-Rich Plasma injections. She is also passionate about hair loss and finding the root cause of the problem and creating customized treatment plans for hair regrowth. She is trained in age management and in the evolution and treatment of various metabolic and hormone replacement therapies, including BioTE.
Jennifer graduated from LSU in 2005 and obtained her Master of Medical Science in Physician Associate Studies in 2008. She is certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants (LAPA) and a Diplomate member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).
Leslie
Medical Aesthetician

Leslie is an experienced medical aesthetician, employing the latest procedures and technology for advanced skin care and body shaping. She is a native of Lafayette and also holds a BS in Business Communications from the University of Lafayette. She worked in corporate America for several years in print media sales before deciding to pursue her true passion in skin care. After graduating in Esthiology in 2009 from the Aveda Institute, Leslie furthered her education by completing a certification program in Medical Aesthetics. Since 2010 Leslie has successfully educated, treated and inspired thousands of clients in improving the health and beauty of their skin. Leslie is certified in lasers, Ulthera, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasions and many other non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
Leslie is dedicated, first and foremost, to the restoration of healthy skin with an emphasis on non-surgical treatment options. She has a special way of being able to make you feel relaxed while performing therapeutic treatments. Leslie excels at listening to your concerns and developing a skincare program tailored to your needs.
Melanie
Medical Aesthetician
Joined the HDA team in 2019
Melanie attended LSUE for business management in 2004 and graduated in Esthesiology from Aveda in 2006. She began doing makeup in 2004 where she was first introduced to skincare, and she has been obsessed with it ever since! Melanie has extensive training on the state of the art cosmetic and medical devices offered at Hubbell Dermatology & Aesthetics. She has an extensive background in pharmaceutical-grade skincare product knowledge as well as makeup. Melanie has attended multiple advanced skincare courses, esthetic educational training in skin science and product knowledge seminars. Her background and job history in aesthetics began in luxury spas and evolved into medical spas. She has over 13 years of aesthetic experience. Hubbell Dermatology & Aesthetics has both functional dermatology and aesthetics and medical spa services. Melanie says she enjoys combining the relaxation techniques from her luxury spa background with the medical treatments she performs here to provide patients with the most unique and relaxing experience possible!
Allie
Medical Aesthetician
Joined the HDA team in 2021
Allie was born and raised in Lafayette, LA. After working many years in the service industry, her top priority as an aesthetician is to make her patients feel beautiful and confident in their own skin by customizing the right skincare routine and recommending procedures that best fit their needs. She Attended Blue Cliff College for Esthiology, graduating in 2020. She furthered her education at the National Laser Institute in Baton Rouge. She’s always had a passion for skincare and Aesthetics. Allie is certified in lasers, chemical peels, Hydrafacial, Keravive scalp treatments, and microdermabrasion. She always looks forward to developing more patient relationships here at Hubbell Dermatology & Aesthetics!
