PDO Threads
a new cutting-edge procedure to treat aging,
sagging, wrinkly skin.

The PDO thread lift is a treatment that lifts and tightens sagging skin tissue, using threads. Once introduced, the threads produce 3 effects in the skin:

A PDO Thread lift utilizes absorbable polymer which makes this minimally invasive procedure highly effective. The PDO threads come in three textures: mono, screw and cog type. Mono threads are smooth and are primarily used for a subtle lift to the face. Cog threads are textured and provide a better lift and an increase of collagen production in the treated area. Finally, screw threads are intertwined threads which provide an increased volume to the area.

FAQ's

What To Expect During A PDO Thread Lift?

PDO threads are inserted into the treatment area via blunt tip needles, called cannulas, or sharp-tipped needles depending on the specific threat lift treatment. Once inserted into the appropriate layer of skin, they act as anchors as the skin is lifted upwards. Then, the excess threads are cut off. A very quick and efficient procedure.

Who Is A Good Fit For A PDO Thread Lift?

An ideal candidate for a thread lift is a patient in their late thirties and older. It is ideal for someone looking to restore shape and reduce fine lines.

How Many Treatments Are Needed?

Most of our clients see satisfactory results after a single thread lift treatment with a follow up schedule 6-8 months after initial treatment. Treatments typically last up to three years but can vary depending on the patient and lifestyle.

How Long Does A Thread Lift Take?

Typically, a thread lift takes somewhere between 15 to 30 minutes. As the procedure is minimally invasive, patients are free to return to the rest of their day following the treatment.
